Exchange Rules
The exchange rate is fixed for 15-20 minutes from the moment the order is created. If payment is received later, the service reserves the right to recalculate the amount at the current rate.
An order is considered fulfilled after receiving the required number of confirmations in the blockchain (usually 2-3 confirmations for BTC/ETH and 1 for TRC20).
Refunds are possible only before the order is fulfilled. The network fee for the refund is paid by the client.
